Perhaps once we no longer have to say someone is the first 'black' or first 'white' something rather than just first person/sportsman, etc we can celebrate that racism has finally gone away and that our colour is irrelevant.

Adorable fabric. I am also a sewer and I love our local fabric store. Where did you get your prints? Let us know we are always looking for new fabric stores. Our local fabric store is online jandofabrics.com
I love the Lion print. Which company made that pattern? Have fun sewing!

Love the fabrics. Maybe you could make a few extra cloth diapers and sell them on etsy or ebay. If not, I'm sure something will come up. ;)

I use the flannel to make cloth wipes, to go with my cloth diapers. I make some with both sides flannel... and other with one side flannel and one side terry cloth (using old wash cloths).

What diaper pattern are you using?

One of the things I've been meaning to make with cute fabric is a dipees & wipees type thingy.. but bigger for cloth diapers :) I think it will come in handy with a toddler when you don't need a big ole diaper bag but you can throw that in whatever bag you choose. Monkeys would be cute for that.. also a changing pad? Waterproof inside, monkeys on outside for a wet bag? Gosh there's a million things, and that's only baby related! :)
