		<description>I sew for a living, the previous reply is a good idea, also sewing up baby cloths with a serger or a stretch stitch is really important, it allows the stretch you need to put these tiny clothed on tiny bodies that squirm.</description>

		<description>I have found that if you draw a pattern on paper, the paper holds its shape as you cut so you avoid the fabric stretching.  Also, I make patterns by folding in half and using the fold of fabric for the middle whenever possible (sleeves, shirts, pants, etc.).  That insures both sides are equal.</description>
